NUMEROLOGY REPORTS IN CHATTERIS

Bev has been my Pilates instructor for the past 18 months.

When I started with Bev I had not done any form of exercise since I left
school & I am now close to 60! My body was extremely stiff & I had very
little range of movement. I had to kneel on the floor to get into bottom
cupboards & could not even put on socks without extreme effort. I have
always suffered with lower back & hip pain. My balance was terrible & my
co-ordination even worse & I had absolutely no motivation, but I knew if I
did not do something about it soon I would really have a problem in my old
age.

Bev started me off with very mild exercise, knowing full well my
limitations. She was extremely patient & understanding, working one on one
with me until I was able to join in with her classes.

Bev switches up classes with mat work & equipment so that the lessons are
never boring & they are always fun, even when difficult.

With her guidance I have managed to become far more supple, I no longer
have any back or hip pain. My range of movement has improved dramatically,
my co-ordination & balance are much improved. A bonus is how toned
my body is – I won’t be embarrassed to wear shorts this summer!

My confidence has grown ten-fold – not just about my body but my mind too!
Bev has a knack of making you believe in yourself – in her book there is no
“I can’t” & I have learned to try everything she asks of me – some of which
is quite challenging!

When Bev moved to the UK & we started working over the internet I thought
she would lose her personal touch but far from it – she manages to make you
feel like she is in the room with you – there is absolutely no difference
to being in the studio with her or being online.

Bev has motivated me, like no-one else, to work on my body & make it better
– she puts her heart & soul into her lessons, she is dedicated to her
students & I count my blessings, daily, that she came into my life I
honestly don’t know where I would be without her!
